Once you’ve switched your Primary Care Physician to Dr. Nguyen, you can make your appointment.

Our clinic DANH NGUYEN MD is on the OptiMantra Platform. You manage your appointments in the web browser or download the phone apps. Here, you can:

  1. book your appointments
  2. view your appointments
  3. change your appointments at any time.

Once you have an appointment, you will receive telephone reminders of your appointment. If you need to change your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance so we can give your spot to someone else on the waiting list.
