Appointments
Once you’ve switched your Primary Care Physician to Dr. Nguyen, you can make your appointment several ways.
1. Use the Phone App
Our clinic DANH NGUYEN MD is on OptiMantra. You download the phone apps or manage your appointments online.
Once you log into the OptiMantra App, you can then:
- book your appointments
- view your appointments
- change your appointments at any time.

3. Call or Text Us

Leave a message and we will get back to you.
Once you have an appointment, you will receive telephone reminders of your appointment.
If you need to change your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance so we can give your spot to someone else on the waiting list.
