Taking care of yourself can be overwhelming at times. But we’ll break it down into a SIMPLE PLAN for you.

Once we meet, I will screen your history and labs, then we will focus on making just a few important changes each time. We will pick the SMALLEST CHANGES that will make the BIGGEST DIFFERENCE so you can BECOME HEALTHY.

Keep in mind, you cannot effectively work on 10 different things all at once. So if you have a long list, we will prioritize what to focus on each time. I find this to be more effective than giving you complicated lists that will confuse and discourage you from making changes.

Once you’re healthy, our plans will change to focus on how you can STAY HEALTHY.
